A federal judge ruled this week that Jerry Siegel’s heirs own an interest in the domestic copyright for Superman. The case is ongoing, and what this means financially is still up in the air. This comes on the heels of a prior ruling that awarded the Superboy copyright to Siegel’s heirs.
